RLadyBug: Analysis of Infectious Diseases using Stochastic Epidemic Models

Analysis of infectious disease data using stochastic Susceptible-Exposed-Infectious-Recovered (SEIR) models. Parts of the R package wrap functionality of a Java program, i.e. a java virtual machine has to be installed on your computer. Furthermore, infectious disease surveillance data can now be modeled based on a multivariate counting process with additive-multiplicative conditional intensities.
